Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of our services - live, one-on-one coaching sessions - we do not offer refunds once a session has been completed. Your booking reserves dedicated time with an experienced PrepMate coach, and that time cannot be recovered once used.
Our Satisfaction Commitment
We stand behind every session we deliver. If you feel your session did not meet expectations, contact us within 14 days of your session date and we will work with you to make it right. This may include a complimentary follow-up session or additional support, at PrepMate's discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are non-refundable as your time slot has been exclusively reserved.
No-Shows
Sessions where a candidate does not attend without prior notice are non-refundable.
