By purchasing or using any PrepMate service, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About PrepMate
PrepMate provides one-on-one interview coaching and career preparation services for IT professionals. Our services are delivered live via video call by experienced professionals.
2. Services
All sessions are delivered online via video call. Session details, duration and inclusions are outlined on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. PrepMate reserves the right to update service inclusions at any time.
3. Bookings
Upon purchase you will receive confirmation and instructions to schedule your session. Sessions must be booked and completed within 90 days of purchase. Unused sessions after 90 days are forfeited.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time at no cost. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a session may be forfeited at PrepMate's discretion.

PrepMate provides coaching and preparation support. We do not guarantee employment outcomes. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions and employer decisions outside our control.
8. Intellectual Property
All PrepMate content, frameworks, materials and session content are the intellectual property of PrepMate. You may not reproduce, share or commercialise any content without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PrepMate's liability is limited to the value of the session purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of our services.
10. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of New South Wales.
